How to Set Up Receipt Layout: Epson TM-T88IV Printer (Legacy Printer Model)

After the printer is installed, you need to make sure that the correct page layout is set on a printer for POS receipts:

  1. Open up Control Panel > Devices and Printer
  2. Right mouse click on installed printer > Printer Properties


Go to:

  1. Preferences
  2. Layout  tab
  3. Paper Size > User Defined Paper Size
  4. Type the name of the custom layout
  5. Leave default width and length and click on Save Parer Size button 
  6. The custom layout will be added to the list 
  7. Click OK
