Before installing Boost Elevate POS System on your PC, you would need to get the installation package.

Or follow the steps below in order to download the POS.

Follow this link which will take you to our webpage where you would need to enter your Access Code, Username, and Password to log in to the Elevate Knowledgebase.

Access Code, Username, and Password are provided to you in the Welcome Package Email.

Then click on Download your version of POS link and the download will start immediately.

Make sure to disable or pause antivirus software on your computer as it may prevent the correct installation of the software. If the software was installed by your system administrator or IT department - it's best to contact them for assistance.

Open the file location.

Right-click on the icon and select Run as Administrator. Then confirm installation and follow the setup process.

If this option is not available or if the file failed to install - contact your system administrator or IT. Specific permissions might be required to install software on your computer.

Open Boost Elevate (once the installation is complete, you have a checked option to Launch Boost Elevate or use the shortcut which is created on your Desktop). 

On the initial login screen - click on the Configure button.

Enter the Access Code provided to you in the Welcome Package Email.

Click OK - your system is now configured, and you can proceed to log into your account.

Then, enter the login and password provided to you in the Welcome Email.

CONGRATULATIONS! You are now ready to configure and use your Elevate POS system.
